FILTER/VENTILATOR SYSTEMS

A SIMPLE CONCEPT!
By forcefully removing the built-up internal hot air and replacing it with clean, cooler ambient air, the temperature is reduced to a point where most electronic controls can operate properly. Dust, finer than the human eye can see, is prevented from entering and causing additional problems.
If the ambient temperature is okay for your application, our systems save you additional money as they are less expensive to purchase and operate than freon type air conditioners and vortex compressed air tubes.
DETAILS!
The larger blowers are rugged cast aluminum and attach to your enclosure on the outside with the blower outlet flange. Models 60 & 150 are powder-coated steel. All blowers have finger guards on the inlet and outlet for safety. The main filter is pleated paper (10 microns, nominal) and a non-woven prefilter helps to screen larger dirt particles and improve life of the main filter. All have a single wingnut closure device which makes it easy and fast to change. If desired, the filters can be cleaned for reuse by washing. Finer HEPA main filters are available as an alternative.
COMPLETE WITH ACCESSORIES!
Each system comes with louvered vent(s) for hot air to exit and as an on/off indicator (they flutter!), an air deflector to direct the cooler incoming air towards a "hot spot", a digital thermometer to monitor the internal temperature, mounting fasteners and complete installation/operation instructions.
